1.6. “Content” means any data, text, images, video, information, documents, audio or other material you submit on the Platform, Website, Products, or Services.
1.7. “ESTAGE” means ESTAGE, LLC, a South Dakota LLC and its associated companies.
1.8. “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Website.

1.13. “Orders” means a request by you to purchase Goods from us. You must be aged 18 or over to Order Goods.
1.14. “Our Products” means Products or Services that The Business manufactured, owns the intellectual property to or has otherwise designed.
1.15. “Parties” means The Business and the User;

• Images, video recordings, text, and other content placed on any social media platforms, anywhere, or
• Text, images, and other content included in the emails of The Business, or]
• Any other content created by The Business and placed on any other media outlets, channels or digital platforms, worldwide.
1.18. “Products” means the software, related software products (e.g., templates), digital products (e.g., courses) other intangible items (e.g., licenses) and tangible physical items of The Business and/or ESTAGE, provided on the Platform, Website or otherwise;
1.19. “Services” means the any type of services rendered by The Business and/or ESTAGE, whether related to Products or not, provided by The Business and/or ESTAGE on the Platform, Website or otherwise;
1.20. “Third-Party Products” means all Products or Services that are not Our Products and includes products or services provided by us as an affiliate or licensee of third-party product(s)/service(s).
1.21. “User” (including the terms “you" or "your") means: all persons accessing or using the Platform, Website, Products, and Services, whether they are a natural or legal person, and all such persons are bound by this Agreement. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this agreement, in which case the terms “User”, “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you must not accept this agreement and may not access and use the Platform, Website. Products, or Services. The natural or legal person agreeing to this Agreement is responsible for assuring that its employees, agents and contractors comply with this Agreement. Any breach of the Agreement by an employee, agent, or representative acting on User’s behalf shall be deemed a breach by the User. Therefore “User” includes, for the purpose of responsibility and liability of the natural or legal person who has agreed to this Agreement and all the actions of the natural or legal person’s employees, agents and contractors; and all others they grant access to the Platform, Website, Products or Services.

For Third Party Goods, we DO NOT control their shipping policies. Therefore you will have to contact them about their shipping policies and your rights.

Domestic Shipping Policy
2. Subject to stock availability
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the Goods available to you and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
3. Shipment processing times

♦ Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the country The Business is located in and for the United States, that means the continental United States only.
4.3. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii could add 2-3 days for delivery.

5. Delivery delays can occasionally occur
Please note that we are NOT responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes, or otherwise matters beyond our control. Shipping is subject to delay during holiday season, due to heavy volumes.
6. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

7. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
8. Post-Shipment Delivery Modifications
Once your order has shipped we no longer have the ability to re-route or adjust the delivery
9. Government Taxes & Charges
We are not responsible for any government taxes or fees related to the shipping of your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
10. Damaged Shipments
10.1. We are not liable for any Goods damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. You should save all packaging materials and damaged goods for filing a claim.
10.2. Insurance. Parcels are insured for loss and damage only up to the value as stated by the courier.
11. Stolen Package & Other Shipping Issues
If the shipping company confirms the Goods were delivered to your address but you never received them, then they may have been stolen or mis-delivered. We are not responsible for stolen or mis-delivered Goods.

International Shipping Policy
By placing an order on our Website, all international customers additionally agree to the below terms.
13. International Orders
13.1. Most of the Goods that we carry are available for international shipping.
13.2. Orders are considered international when a shipment is sent to an address outside the country where The Business is located. For the United States this means outside the 50 States and the District of Columbia.
13.3. Orders are also considered international when the billing address for the credit card used to pay for the order is an address outside the country where The Business is located.
14. International Shipping Rates
International shipping costs are calculated by our website system. It is common that specific country logistics require that we contact you to confirm your shipping arrangements, and final costs may differ.
15. No Returns of International Shipments
15.1. International orders are non-refundable and all sales are final.
15.2. Due to mandatory refund laws, we DO NOT accept orders from, or ship to, the following countries:

• The UK
• Australia

• South Africa
15.3. We do not ship to any country that is on a list of countries sanctioned or embargoed by our government for either physical goods, digital goods or software.

18. Order Shipping
18.1. When your order is placed, we will contact you via email within three (3) business days with the final shipping estimate for your order. You will be notified of the final shipping cost before your order is processed, and this may result in an additional charge or a refund to the amount you previously paid. We will not ship an order internationally without your prior approval and payment of the final shipping charges.
18.2. International orders are shipped only when all ordered items are in stock to eliminate a second shipping charge.

You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. Your full responsibility is to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country before placing your order. 28. Post-Order Payment and Charges
Although goods are shipped duties and taxes collect, it is possible that the shipping company may bill us for customs, duties, taxes, broker fees. if this occurs, all international customers agree that we may bill the customer and charge their credit card on file for all such charges without advance notice to or authorization from the customer. By placing an order on our Website all international customers agree to this potential charge.
